Recruitment
We are currently in need of a decent Holy Paladin, Hunter, Mage, and one other DPS for our team.If you know one, or are one, and are interested please send an in-game mail to Varibaran or Dreaminglory or get in-touch with them in-game.

Expectations
All raiders are expected to show at least 15 minutes prior to raid start time for invites.All raiders must come prepared with any flasks, food buffs, combat potions necessary.
Repairs are paid for by the guild, but have your own money just incase.
All gear should be properly gemmed, enchanted, and reforged.
You are expected to be able to communicate to the raid, primarily through a mic on vent.
Information Regarding Progression Goals
Our goal is to progress as quickly and efficiently as possible. To do this, we need experienced, skilled, and intelligent raiders.With this in mind, we do understand the occasional mistake. If this same mistake continues, you will be replaced.
Reasons for replacement in the team include: Lack of performance, failing to mechanics, attendance issues (being absent or late), bad attitude.
We use a loot system to push progression. This system is Loot Council. The way this loot system works can be found below.
Loot System
We use Loot Council, so long as we have a full team. Loot council will work primarily on upgrades regarding multiple roles, and the occasional same role.With multiple roles (tank/healer/dps), it's usually a tier piece or a piece with spirit on it. We gear the roles in the following order: Tanks, Healers, then DPS.
When it comes to an item that, for example, two cloth DPS could use, we look at who needs it more. How big of an upgrade for the raider is it?
If it is undecidable, we will put it to a /roll. Highest roller will get it. Please note, we will be getting plenty of loot, we'll all get geared in time.
BoE's are main spec first. If the item isn't needed, we will then give it to a free roll and that player can then sell it if they wish and place 30% into the guild bank.
If there is a raider's off spec we frequently use, the BoE item may be able to go the off spec. It depends on the need at the time.
If at any time there is a problem with loot, please speak with the raid leader and we will work it out.
Please note, if there isn't a full guild team, more often than not, we will be using a simple /roll system to allow PuGs a fair chance at loot.
Various Goals
This section is at the bottom because it's not really that important. This just speaks of a few goals in mind with the team.We would like to eventually expand this 10-Man raid group into a 25-Man raid group. 25-Mans tend to be slightly easier, but harder to get a full team.
